Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, including following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with proposal development.
Executive Support: Manage the managers calendar, schedule meetings, and attend meetings to take accurate notes.
Project Management: Assist with proposal preparation, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented professionally.
Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries and providing support.
Reporting and Organization: Prepare weekly reports for management meetings and generate daily reports for the Director.
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of other office staff.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks like filing, creating presentations, and managing office supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
