Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
Support employee relations activities, such as handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking training completion.
Maintain accurate Human Resources records and databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and employee information systems.
Assist in the implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare Human Resources reports and analytics on key Human Resources metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and recruitment metrics.
Support Human Resources projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, and Human Resources process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
