Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful assistance.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer needs.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
