Document Controller Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and update document control procedures and guidelines.

Manage the storage, retrieval, and distribution of electronic and hard copy documents.

Ensure that all documents are correctly labeled, filed, and archived according to established procedures.

Monitor document control logs, registers, and databases to track document status and revisions.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to collect, review, and distribute documents.

Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with document control standards and requirements.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and manuals.

Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with document control procedures, standards, and best practices.
