Bus Attendant Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a responsible and friendly Bus Attendant to join our team in Dubai. The Bus Attendant will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey.
Responsibilities:
Greet passengers as they board the bus and assist them with seating.
Ensure all passengers are wearing seat belts and follow safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the bus at all times.
Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs as required.
Provide information about routes, schedules, and destinations to passengers.
Collect Fares or tickets from passengers and issue receipts as necessary.
Communicate with the bus driver regarding any passenger concerns or issues.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues with the bus.
Assist with boarding and disembarking passengers at bus Stops.
Follow company policies and procedures for bus operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Bus Attendant or in a customer service role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is a plus.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
