We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. The Hotel Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient customer service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and check them in/out of the hotel.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations via phone, email, and in person.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Process payments, maintain guest accounts, and handle cash transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
