Human Resources Officer Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.

Maintain employee records and Human Resources databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.

Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on Human Resources -related matters.

Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance reviews.

Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and workshops.

Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions, practices, and principles.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HRIS software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
