Data Entry Clerk Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into computer systems and databases from various sources.

Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and correcting entries as needed.

Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.

Generate reports and perform data analysis tasks as required.

Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data quality.

Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors to provide status updates.

Adhere to data entry deadlines and prioritize tasks based on.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and data management software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
