Waiter Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items.

Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into the POS system.

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.

Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Prepare and serve specialty drinks or cocktails as requested by guests.

Clear tables and clean dining area between guests to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and tips.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of dining area.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
