We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our team as a concierge. The concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for guests/residents and will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met during their stay/residence.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests/residents warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other amenities.
Arrange transportation, dining reservations, entertainment tickets, and other guest/resident requests.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, receiving packages, and processing mail.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest/resident experiences.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
