We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center team in Dubai. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information, resolve issues, or escalate as necessary.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, surveys, or promotions.
Respond to customer emails, messages, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and assess customers needs to provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Follow call center Scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Provide feedback to management for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and call center technology.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
