Guest Relations Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Coordinate special requests for guests, such as room preferences, transportation, or dining reservations.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area and guest lounge.

Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.

Anticipate and respond to guest needs to enhance their experience.

Uphold company standards of service excellence and hospitality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
