Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain electronic and paper files, records, and databases in an organized manner.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate office activities and events, such as conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
