Factory Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate factory operations, including production, scheduling, and inventory management.
Lead and motivate production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for optimization.
Implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
