Supermarket Manager Vacancy in Dubai
Manage daily operations of the supermarket, including inventory management, staffing, customer service, and sales.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational costs.
Recruit, train, and supervise supermarket staff, providing coaching and performance feedback as needed.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, sales reports, and inventory levels.
Ensure effective merchandising and display of products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in supermarket management or retail management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
