Logistics Officer Vacancy in Dubai
Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Manage and optimize transportation routes to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing logistics operations.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Resolve logistics issues and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
