We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our hotel in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
Ensure the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and attract guests.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
