Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and antivirus scans.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities in the IT ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve systems.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT-related topics and best practices.
Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS.
Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques.
IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Network +, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
