Warehouse Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and stock control.
Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and workflow.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to coordinate activities and meet operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
