Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, and via email.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations, to fulfill guest requests and address issues.

Process guest payments, including room charges, deposits, and incidental expenses.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and lobby.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
