Factory Workers Vacancy in Dubai
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. The successful candidates will play a vital role in the production process, assisting in the manufacturing of our products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Assemble, package, and label products efficiently and accurately.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials properly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
