Office Boy Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.

Prepare and serve refreshments, such as tea, coffee, and water, to employees and guests.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested.

Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other departments.

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms for conferences or events.

Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry or assisting with office equipment.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
