Cashier Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
Scan and process items accurately using the cash register or POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a tidy and organized cashier area.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Balance cash registers at the end of shifts and report any discrepancies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong numeracy and cash handling skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
