Construction Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Manage project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines and milestones.

Monitor and inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Review and approve project budgets, estimates, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.

Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and project updates.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

UAE residency or work permit is required.
