Responsibilities:

Enter data from various sources into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

Update and maintain databases with new information as required.

Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Perform regular data backups to prevent loss of information.

Retrieve and review data for discrepancies or errors, and correct as needed.

Generate reports and summaries of data as requested by management.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.

Proficient typing and data entry skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of data entry software and procedures.
