Business Development Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.

Understand client needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products or services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to retain existing clients and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
