Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and sales strategies.

Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or a related role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

UAE residency or work permit is required.

Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management software is a plus.
