Human Resource Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Assist in developing and implementing Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs to support the organizations objectives.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on Human Resources -related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.

Maintain accurate Human Resources records and documentation, including employee files, attendance records, and HRIS updates.

Assist in conducting Human Resources audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in Human Resources roles, with a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
