Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
