We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our hotel in Dubai. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing hotel staff, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed service standards.
Manage and motivate hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor hotel performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest reviews, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
