Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative.

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.

Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product support.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

UAE residency or work permit is required.
