School Bus Attendant Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-time
Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during their commute? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bus Attendants.
Responsibilities:
Assist passengers, including students and individuals with special needs, with boarding and disembarking from buses safely and efficiently.
Ensure that all passengers are seated properly and securely during transit.
Provide assistance to passengers with mobility devices, strollers, or other equipment as needed.
Monitor passenger behavior and enforce safety rules and regulations on board the bus.
Communicate effectively with passengers and drivers to address any concerns or issues during the journey.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the bus, including picking up trash and reporting any maintenance issues.
Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies or incidents, following established procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bus attendant or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
Genuine concern for the safety and well-being of passengers.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist passengers during the duration of shifts.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends.
