Construction Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule construction activities, including manpower and equipment allocation.
Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project specifications are met.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Familiarity with construction software and tools.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
