Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.

Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
