We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Dubai. The Call Center Agents will handle incoming calls, provide information, and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
Follow call Scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Meet call center metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
