Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently, either remotely or on-site.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system optimizations.
Document all support activities, solutions, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Assist with user training and orientation on new technologies and software applications.
Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g, Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A +, Network +, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
