We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing correspondence, including answering phone calls, emails, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital.
Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and professional welcome.
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Assist in the preparation and execution of company events and meetings.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
