Food Packing Helper Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a diligent and organized Packing Helper to join our team. The Packing Helper will be responsible for assisting in the packing and labeling of products for shipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our team's success by ensuring that our products are properly prepared for delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the packing of products according to established guidelines and specifications.
Ensure that all items are properly labeled, packaged, and sealed for shipment.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize packing tasks and meet production deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
Operate packing equipment such as tape dispensers, shrink wrap machines, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any concerns or issues.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing skills and productivity.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for packing and labeling tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
