Logistics Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the logistics department.

Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities.

Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance.

Manage communication with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.

Handle general secretarial tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing files.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
