Quality Control Officer Vacancy in Dubai
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
Document and record quality inspection results, including deviations, corrective actions, and disposition of non-conforming products.
Provide guidance and training to production and operations staff on quality control processes, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and consistency of incoming materials and components.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement to management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
