Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Plan and schedule transportation of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery.

Track and update shipment status, logistics data, and inventory levels.

Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics operations.

Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and reports as needed.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Resolve logistics-related issues and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Previous experience in logistics coordination or a similar role preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
