We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Staff. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in the setup and configuration of software applications and operating systems.
Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems and applications.
Conduct regular system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups.
Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support tickets.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and productivity tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A +, Network +, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus.
