Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, Suites, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.

Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.

Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and properly stocked with linens and supplies.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.

Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Maintain confidentiality and respect guests privacy at all times.

Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.

Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and Towels.

Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.

Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products preferred.
