Call Center Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Providing information, assistance, and support to customers regarding products or services.

Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.

Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Following company policies and procedures for call handling and escalation.

Meeting or exceeding performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a call center executive or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
