Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Dubai
Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and delivering instruction to students.
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help with classwork or assignments.
Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management tasks, such as taking attendance, distributing materials, and organizing classroom resources.
Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other times as assigned.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide updates on student performance and behavior.
Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Associates or bachelors degree in education or a related field.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with students.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers.
