Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet or exceed sales goals.

Set sales targets and performance metrics for individual team members and monitor their progress.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales management.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
