Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends.

Create and maintain listings of available properties and market them effectively to potential buyers or tenants.

Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Coordinate property showings and open houses, and accompany clients on property tours.

Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Facilitate property inspections and appraisals, and coordinate necessary repairs or renovations.

Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Valid real estate license in Dubai.

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documents.

Proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms.
