School Bus Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Our School is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services for students. We are currently seeking a responsible and caring School Bus Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist students as they board and exit the school bus, ensuring a safe and orderly process.
Help students fasten seat belts and secure belongings during transit.
Maintain discipline and order among students while on the bus, enforcing safety rules and regulations.
Provide assistance to students with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
Communicate effectively with bus drivers, school staff, and parents regarding any issues or concerns related to student transportation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Assist the bus driver with navigation and route planning as needed.
Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents that may occur during bus transportation, following established procedures and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of bus attendance, incidents, and student behavior.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working with children or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to student safety.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if required for assisting with driving duties).
