Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly and attentive service.

Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions based on their needs.

Provide product knowledge and information about features, benefits, and promotions.

Ring up sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment and provide change as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or out-of-stock items to management.

Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including unpacking boxes and labeling merchandise.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with coworkers.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.

High school diploma or equivalent.
