Telesales Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our services.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.

Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.

Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Good computer skills.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
